Andre Bland III would not classify himself as a dancer, but as a performer. He has had 5 years of experience in stage performance and show production. This will be Coach Andre’s first season as an official coach with Crimson Heat after assisting with “Code Red” in the 2015-2016 season. Coach Andre has studied Baking and Pastry at the Art Institute and currently works as a an Administrative Assistant at an early learning center.
Faith McIver has 10 years of cheerleading experience. She began cheering in 3rd grade at Bunker Hill Elementary under the direction of Michelle Houston, and joined Crimson Heat All-Stars one year later. From 4th through 12th grade, Coach Faith demonstrated the discipline and dedication to move from what was then "Youth Novice" to Crimson Heat's first level 5 team, 5-Alarm. Coach Faith's philosophy is "The first step is a decision to try." Whether it be in school, work or on the mat she has demonstrated her commitment to see things through to the end. Coach Faith was also named Crimson Heat's 2010 cheerleader of the year. She has a B.S. in Public Relations and works full-time at Hill + Knowlton Strategies.
Shanaye Taylor have over 16 years of cheerleading experience, she started her cheerleading career at the age of 5 with her local recreation center Rosedale. This season coach Shanaye will be going into her first year coaching at Crimson Heat but not her first year as a cheerleading coach. Coach Shanaye is USASF certified(levels 1-3).Coach Shanaye is a technical operations Technician at Xfinity while pursuing her master in Cyber Security. Coach Shanaye coaching philosophy is "with the right leadership in place anybody can achieve their goals and be great"
Coach Ashley has over ten years of cheerleading, dance and gymnastics experience. She has 3 years of coaching experience. She cheered for 10 years starting at age 8. She is a veteran of the US Air Force and currently works for The department of Homeland Security.
